Customer Services Advisor - Temporary, up to 14 months

22.5hrs per week covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary £12,538 – £13,976 (FTE £20,619 - £22,984) (Grade 3)  per annum plus a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme .

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the provision of excellent customer service, with particular regard to front line customer service and a focus on ensuring our customers receive sensitive, timely, efficient and courteous assistance. You will be working to ensure that all enquiries are resolved by the Customer Services team, either at the first point of contact, or where necessary ensuring enquiries are referred on to an appropriate specialist, and are recorded and followed up, ensuring service standards are achieved and that confidentiality is respected at all times.

You will be regularly undertaking reception duties as part of the Customer Services responsibility for our reception service. You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Maths and English and have an NVQ in customer care or similar or equivalent experience.

Temporary Senior IT Technician (12 months)

Salary: £33,466 - £36,064 (Grade 6) per annum plus a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme.

Reporting to the IT Manager and working within Victory’s IT team your focus will be to responsively, and proactively, help support, maintain and develop Victory’s IT infrastructure.

Motivation, enthusiasm, flexibility and a real desire to deliver a great service to our (150+) users are key requirements, as is the ability to work under pressure. You will be based primarily at our main site in North Walsham but occasionally at other locations and so you will need your own transport.

You will have demonstrable and significant experience of the administration, support and maintenance of a Windows Server/Citrix/VMware environment, with specific training and/or accreditation in the following areas:

  • Relevant Microsoft MCSE qualifications in Microsoft server/networking technology.
  • Installing, configuring and administering common IP LAN and WAN networking technologies.
  • Supporting and administering a Citrix environment.
  • Supporting and administering a VMware virtual server environment.
  • Supporting and administering a Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Qualified to ITIL Foundation level and experienced in ITIL process or equivalent.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English

Community Management Officer - Temporary, up to 6 months

30 hours per week to cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Salary: £23,100 - £25,600 per annum plus a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme (Grade 5) FTE £28,490 - £31,574.

We are seeking a confident, resourceful person to join our specialist Community Management Team. You will have previous experience of dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour and/or Estate Management and working with partner agencies. You will be comfortable providing professional, expert advice to residents.

You will investigate cases of ASB, instigate and prepare prosecutions, attend court hearings and deliver evidence. Additionally, you will carry out regular Estate Inspections, monitor the grounds maintenance contract, and oversee the management of communal areas. You will also assist with the setting and monitoring of estate service charges.

You will need to be able to deal with tenants, contractors and the wider community in a friendly, yet firm manner. You will require a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
