Annual Leave Entitlement
Everyone deserves a good rest from work, so we Provide 27 days holiday per year as standard, plus all bank holidays (pro-rata for part time employees).

All employees also have an Annual Performance Appraisal.
Bi-monthly 1-1 Meetings
It’s good to talk. All employees will have a bi-monthly 1-1 with their line manager.
