Shared ownership is a part-buy/part-rent home ownership scheme. It's fantastic way of helping people get onto the property ladder who can’t afford to buy a home outright. Based on your household income and lifestyle, you can buy a share of your home and pay rent on the remaining share.
All Victory shared ownership properties are sold and managed through Flagship Homes. If you are interested in buying a shared ownership home or have any questions please call us on 01603 255444.
Rent a garage
Anyone can apply to rent a Victory garage. Garages are to be used primarily to park motorised vehicles in. They are not be used as workshop facilities.
If you would like to apply for a garage please complete the application form that can be downloaded from the link below. You can also request a form by calling 0330 123 1860 or collect one from our office at Tom Moore House.
Victory Tenants are given priority over allocation of garages but they will not be allocated to tenants who have arrears on their rent account. Where more than one person applies for a garage, it may be allocated to the applicant who lives closest.
Victory Tenants (including Shared Owners and Leaseholders) will not be charged VAT on the first garage they rent within the Town or Village where they live. All other garages rented will be subject to VAT.
